The answer is, the time they get into difficulties!
[Again], the more severe the disease, the “more expert physician” needs to be.
People are expected to reach mental maturity [a degree of perfection],
and realize that no one can solve the problem of the world, except for that heavenly man [Imam Zaman (hgr)]!
