Answers to Religious Doubts About Imām Mahdī (mGehr)

1. How can a human being live for more than 1,000 years? Is this supported by medical science?

• There were other human beings, such as the Prophets Noah, Jesus, and Khiḍr (pbut), who are believed to have lived for more than 1,000 years.
• According to the German scientist “Professor Rebec,” the use of multimolecular water can prevent cellular degeneration and lead to a longer lifespan. Such water is found at high altitudes.
• Divine miracles mentioned in the Qur’an also demonstrate that Allah has power over all things. This is expressed in the verse:“And Allah has power over all things.”
  (Sūrah Āl ʿImrān, 3:189)

2. Why has Imām Mahdī (mGehr) not emerged during the Major Occultation, despite the great need for his emergence?

• Humanity needs to reach a sufficient level of intellectual and spiritual maturity and recognize the Emergence as an urgent necessity.
• Before the birth of Imām Mahdī (mGehr), some people of that era mistreated the Imāms, failed to recognize their true status, and ultimately killed them.
• Humanity should reach a point where it recognizes the inadequacy and inefficiency of other doctrines and religions.

3. How can a leader [Imām Mahdī (mGehr)] establish a universal government when governing the countries of the world is so difficult due to the complexity of modern technology?

• We are speaking about a spiritual leader [not an ordinary person].
• Imām Mahdī (mGehr) will reveal 25 new branches of knowledge and science; so far, only two branches have been known to humanity.
