Karāmah

This article recounts a moving story from the Iran–Iraq War about a martyr who deeply loved Imam al-Mahdi (may God hasten his reappearance) and repeatedly expressed his wish that the Imam would shroud him. According to the account, a mysterious man later appeared at the martyr’s washing ceremony and shrouded him, leaving behind a beautiful fragrance.
