Having good temper

One of the effective methods in enjoining good and forbidding wrong is “Having good temper”

A short story 1:

A Christian insulted imam Baqir ( pbuh) as: “ you are called’Baghar’1 “

But the majesty imam replied: “No, I’m called Baqir”

The Christian continued: “You are a cook’s son”

The imam replied, “It was her job”

He went on, “You are the black Utopian woman’s son who had a sharp tongue!

The imam stated, “If you tell the truth, God bless my mother. But if you tell a lie, God forgive you!

It was then, the Christian converted to Islam

A short story 2:

A clean- shaven came to Hajj Shaykh Abul Kareem Haꞌeri.

Sheikh Haꞌeri kissed the shaving trace on his face and said,

“Please don’t shave where I kissed”

And the man accepted.

 

God stated the prophet (pbuh&h):

“If you were rude and grumpy, the people would disperse around you.”

Surah, Al Imran. Verse, 159
