Professor PanahÄiÄn:
One of the main downfall of protest [the related protest] is that, some of the people donât know the worth of the huge opportunity created by this holy system and bright revolution [Islamic revolution of Iran]. Since they aren’t satisfied with the status quo, they are indifferent to introducing the Emergence and ignore the positive aspects of Islamic society.
It is called âAbsolute and unprotected objectionâ
It is as if Ya’qub (pbuh) was disregarded by the smell of Joseph (pbuh)’s shirt
Under the pretext of waiting to visit Joseph (pbuh), he considered his affairs to be worthless.
Or when they brought him Josef (pbuh)âs shirt [the shirt had had on, when he was thrown into the well by his brothers],
Instead of drinking a sip of joining spring [that lead to Josef (pbuh)]
and blessing his eyes to a shirt that smelled [his] sweethearts (the shirt which brought about his eyesight).
Or he would protest that, âI am looking forward to seeing my Josef (pbuh), now you bring me his shirt!â and throw off the shirt.
Romantic protest against âMissing the beloved one[Imam Zaman (hgr)â is reasonable provided that,
every breeze that blows by the beloved, will be Life-giving for the one who misses him and is looking forward [to the Emergence].
Although this system [Islamic Republic of Iran] is different from Imam Zaman (hgr) â s government [in future], the romantic protester sees serving the holy system of the Islamic Republic, âobligatoryâ; as serving the Imam (hgr) at his tent. Also [they see] the Islamic Revolution âA way to reach the shore of salvationâ.
