The Emergence is provided to 4 conditions:
The leader [Imam Mahdi (hgr)], the design and program, the helpers, and the public acceptance.
And one the features of the conditions is that, all of those must be available at once.
Take sewing piece of a clothes, as an example:
If there is a tailor, fabric, electricity, thread and design, but not a sewing machine, it can’t work out!
[Or] if there are all but not a tailor, again it can’t work out!
And if all, but threat,
Or if all, but not electricity,
[again] there must be all the conditions at once.
[So], the leader and the world government program have been present for years!
The Emergence hasn’t happened, for the lack of followers [it has taken time for the followers to be 313 especial onces] and the public acceptance!
Yes, now the expression … is more understandable
