To stand up for respect when you hear the blessed name of the Excellency, especially his blessed name “Qa’im”.
It’s because the behaviors of all the people who are Imāmiyyah (mGitn1), in all countries, including the Arab, non- Arab [they meant Persian], Turkish, Indian, and Daylam, are formed according to that.
And this name [or title] is the very existing proof for the origin and source of those behaviors. Yet, it hasn’t been observed up to now [because the Imām is Occulted], they learned from some scholars and knowledgeable people who heard this narration from some other scholars.
These scholars narrated that, once they asked the great expert scholar Sayyid Abdullâh Sibt Muḥadith Jazāyerī. And the late scholar replied to that question in some of his texts. He explained that he read a narration which connoted, once in the presence of Imām Ṣādiq (pbuh), the blessed name of the Sir [Imām Zamān (mGehr)] was mentioned. There, the Imām stood up to pay homage and respect to him.
Faqīr [I] says:
Those were the words of our Shaykh in the book Najm al Sāqib.
But in the book “Takmilat Amal al-amil”, the great, virtuous, skillful, and proficient Muḥadith, and handsome scholar, Sayyid “Ḥasan Mūsā Kāẓimī (mGphl2)” stated something, which is briefly mentioned as follows:
One of Imāmiyyah scholars was of Mutawakkil’s offspring, called “Abd al-Riḍā ibn Muḥammad. He wrote a book about Imām Riḍā (pbuh)’s martyrdom. Its name is “Muajj al-Ahzan3 in the death of Sultan e- Khorāsān”.
In the detail part, the author mentioned:
They narrated that, after Deibal Khuzaii composed his Tayyah4 ode for Imām Riḍā (pbuh), he reached:
خُروُجُ اِمامٍ لامُحالَةَ خارِجٌ يَقُومُ عَلَى
اسْمِ اللّهِ بِالْبَرَكاتِ
An Imam will inevitably arise from among us, and he will rise with the name of God, and with divine blessings.
There, His Excellency Imām Riḍā (pbuh) stood up straight, put his right hand on his nice head, and bowed his head toward the earth. He stated:
اَللّهُمَّ عَجِّل فَرَجَهُ وَ مَخْرَجَهُ وَ انْصُرنَا بِهِ نَصْراً عَزِیزاً
O Allah, hasten her resurrection and victory, and grant us victory through her, a glorious victory.
1-May Allah increase their numbers!
2- May God prolong his life!
3-It means fanning the flames of sorrow.
4-It is about Ahl al Bayt (pbu th).
