1- Raj’a of the Prophet (pbuh&h):
[Read the surah Hijr, verses 36, 37, 38:]
قَالَ رَبِّ فَأَنْظِرْنِي إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ36)
قَالَ فَإِنَّكَ مِنَ الْمُنْظَرِينَ37)
إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْوَقْتِ الْمَعْلُومِ38)
36) He said: My Lord! then respite me till the time when they are raised.
37) He said: So surely you are of the respited ones.
38) Till the period of the time made known.
Following the above noble verses, the late ‘Allamah Tabataba’i quoted from Qummī’s interpretation [of the Qur’an], that about those verse Imām Ṣādiq (pbuh) stated, “يَوْمِ الْوَقْتِ الْمَعْلُومِ ، یوم یذحه رسول الله صلی الله علیه وآله علی الصخره التی فی بیت المقدس”
“The period of the time made known is the day on which the Messenger of God will kill ‘Satan’ on a rock in Bayt al Muqaddas.
2- Raj’a of Imām Alī (pbuh):
In many narrations, it was mentioned that Imām Alī (pbuh) will Raj’a for many times. Alī ibn Ibrāhīm quoted from Abū Baṣīr, in a ḥādīth Imām Ṣādiq stated:
… the holy Prophet (pbuh&h) told Imām Alī (pbuh), ‘یا علی اذا کان فی آخر الزمان اخرجک الله فی احسن صوره و معک مَیسم تسم به اعدائک
O, Ali! In the Last Era, God will bring you out in the best complexion. And with you, there will be a tool by that, you will mark your enemies.
3- Imām Huṣayn (pbuh); the first pone who Raj’a.
In some narrations, Imām Huṣayn ibn Alī ibn Abi Ṭālib (pbuh) was mentioned as the first one who Raj’a.
They narrated from Imām Ṣādiq (pbuh):
ان اول من یکرالی الدنیا الحسین ابن علی و اصحابه، و یزید ابن معاویه و اصحابه، فیقتلهم حذو بالقذه…
In fact, the first [group] who Raj’a to the world are Huṣayn ibn Alī (pbuh) and his companions, and Yazīd ibn Muʿāwiyah and his companions. So, the Excellency will kill them [in the same manner as they did], one after another…
