In Tuḥfat al-Zāʾir” by Allama Majlisī, and “Mafātīh al Najāh” by Sir Sabziwari, they narrated:
Whoever wishes for something, they ought to write the following prayer and leave it in one of [infallible] Imāms (pbu th)’s grave yard. Or, they can make clay with pure soil. Then close the paper, seal it, and place it inside the clay. There, throw it into a river, deep well, or shallow body of water.
And Sāhib al Zamān (mGehr) gets it and he himself becomes responsible for fulfilling their needs.
The copy of the prayer:

prayer for wishes
With the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
I write, O my Master – may God’s prayers be upon you – seeking help and complaining about what has befallen me, seeking refuge in God, the Almighty, the Majestic, and then in you from a matter that has overwhelmed me and occupied my heart, prolonged my thoughts, robbed me of some of my understanding, and altered the significance of God’s blessing.
God, in my view, has surrendered me when I imagined His presence, the friend, and disavowed When I saw him approaching me, my beloved, and my tricks failed me in defending him, and my patience and strength failed me in bearing him, I took refuge in you and put my trust in Allah, the Exalted in His praise, over him and in you in defending him from me, knowing your position with Allah, Lord of the worlds, the Guardian of management and the Owner of all affairs, trusting in you in hastening to intercede. To Him, glory be to Him, in my affair, I am certain of His answer, Blessed and Exalted be He. You alone are worthy of granting me my request, and You, my Master, are worthy of fulfilling my expectation and confirming my hope in You in such and such a matter, in which I have no strength to bear it or patience for it, even though I am deserving of it and its weakness due to my ugly actions and my negligence in the obligations that are due to Allah, the Mighty and Majestic. So help me, my Master, prayers May Allah be with you when you are anxious, and present the question to Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, regarding my affair before the advent of destruction and the gloating of enemies, for through you, blessings have been extended upon me. I ask Allah, the Majestic and Sublime, for me a mighty victory and an imminent conquest in which I will attain wealth, the best beginnings and ends of deeds, and security from all fears in every situation. Indeed, He, the Exalted in His praise, is the Doer of whatever He wills, and He is the All-Powerful. He is sufficient for me, and He is the best Disposer of affairs in the beginning and the end.
(Whenever you come to the word “such and such a matter” during the prayer, tell your wishes.)
Then they ought to come up the stream or natural water hole. They need to trust one of His Excellency’s deputies, whether he is Uthmān b. Saʿīd al-ʿAmrawi, his son “Muḥammad ibn Uthmān”, Huṣayn ibn Rūḥ, or Alī ibn Muḥammad al Samurī. Then, they need to call:
O so-and-so, son of so-and-so, peace be upon you! I bear witness that your death was in the way of Allah, and that you are alive and provided for with Allah. I addressed you during your lifetime, which you have with Allah, the Mighty and Sublime. This is my note and my need to our Master, peace be upon him! So deliver it to him, for you are the trustworthy and trustworthy one.
After that, they need to leave it in that stream, well, or natural water hole, in order for their wish to be fulfilled.
In addition, Muḥadith Nurī mentioned:
Reading that noble narration, it can be percept that not only were those great people intermediaries between common people and the Sir in presenting their needs, requests, receiving answers, and conveying orders, but also they are in the company of His Excellency, and are honored and exalted by this great position.
Hence, the kindness, generosity, generosity, grace, and favor of Imām Zamān (mGehr) in every corner of the earth, for every distressed, helpless, lost, abandoned, confused, ignorant, and bewildered, is extensive. Also, the king’s (the Imam’s) door is open for all common [and special people]. And if any sincere one feels any urgency, need, and determination, they can enjoy his pure heart. Moreover, if there are some ignorant, he gives them knowledge. If they are lost, guide them to the right path. And if they are sick, clothe him with the garment of health.
