Mothers are expected to know, their first duty is controlling children’s comfort seeking. Sometimes, dear mothers treat their children as comfort seekers, in indulgent and casual ways! Hence, they will not be able to manage these comfort-seeking children in the future!
It’s well known among Imāmiyah scholars that His Majesty’s blessed birthdate was on Rabi’ al-Awwal, 17th. And the late Allama Majlisi confirmed it according to the consensus. But most of Sunni scholars have mentioned that it was on Rabi’ al-Awwal 12th 33, Shaykh Kulaynī 34and some of the best Shia scholars agreed with it.
O, Alī! I tested you in following and performing orders, well-wishing, and advising (and you were successful in them.) Thus, if I say that I haven’t seen anyone like you, it is not a lie! May God reward you with paradise and those high positions you do not know! I did not overlook your position and your services in the cold and the hot times.
One day Baḥr al Ulum accompanied the people who were beating their chests, along with some of his [religious] students. All of a sudden, the scholar Baḥr al Ulum was a great source of imitation in religious matters. left his turban and Arabian cloak on the ground and went into the mourning crowd, with the bare head and feet. When His Excellency ʿAlī (pbuh) showed those brevities and sacrifices in in the Battle of Uhud1, Gabriel called,”الاسیف الّا دوالفقار، ولا فتی الّا علی”2 And the people who were present, heard it from the sky…
Zayd ibn Wahab3 told Ibn Masūd4, ‘ʿAlī resistance in Uhud was the matter of marvel!’
Ibn Masud reacted, ‘You are not the only one who wonders! Even the other angels were verily marveled! Haven’t you heard that while he was ascending to sky, Gabriel called, “الاسیف الّا دوالفقار، ولا فتی الّا علی?!
Zakūt [literally] means purity, growth and evolution. Therefore, Zakiyyah probably has two meaning:
1- Pure (which means, a person who hasn’t committed sin since her/ his birthday).
2- A perfect person, learned and eminent.
To confirm the first meaning, Salmān narrated, “Be aware! A person with a pure and innocent Nafs [ego/soul] will come, who will be killed between Rukn and Maqām
Imām Mahdī (mgehr) will invite them, and reminds them his truthfulness. He will inform them that he is oppressed and his right will have been usurped, by force.
He will state, ‘Whoever bickers me over God, [must know that], I am the most deserving and nearest to God…’
However, Sufyanī will disobey The Excellency. Yet, The Excellency will set off to cleanse the world from his existence.
