Imam BÄqir (pbuh) stated:
[When Imam Mahdī (mgehr) emerges], he will bestow [properties] upon people twice a year,
grant them livelihood  (and expenditure) twice a month,
and treat amongst people with equity so that (they become independent in a way that) no needy of alms will be found.
