The interrelationship between Qādir Event and Mahdavīat (Mahdīsm)

About Qādir1, Imam Sādiq (pbuh) stated:

وهو عیدالله الاکبر، وما بعث الله نبیا الا وتعید فی هذا الیوم و عرف حرمته.

Qādir eve is the greatest feast of God.

No prophet (pbuh) has been sent [by God], but they celebrated this eve and respected its reputation and worth.

1- It was an event that took place in March 632. While returning Qādir Qum from the Hajj pilgrimage, the Islamic prophet Muḥammad (pbuh&h) gathered all the Muslims who were with him and gave a long sermon. This sermon included Muḥammad’s declaration that “to whomsoever I am Mawlā [guardian, trustee], ‘Ali is also their Mawlā.” After the sermon, Muḥammad instructed everyone to pledge allegiance to ‘Ali
